Less than a month after purchasing the premium extended warranty through the dealer we got tagged for a $1300.00 headlight replacement!!! The dealership was nowhere around for any type of assistance and the service dept was a state of disorganization and ordering the wrong part!!! I’m fervently looking for someone else who will honor the extended warranty because this dealership is rotten to the core!!!

This was my first time at the dealership since moving to Gulfport. I received a very warm welcome from the service and sales department. I also received a great explanation of how service appointments are handled at the dealership as well as a run down of the options in the waiting rooms while I waited. The people I dealt with were courteous and professional throughout. However, the service was due to the failure of a module associated with the On-Star system and the experience was not positive. I originally brought the vehicle in months ago due to a system warning. The vehicle was kept for weeks before being returned without repairs and I was told the part was backordered. Weeks later, I contacted your dealership to check on the status and was told the part had been in for quite some time...why wasn't I notified? I brought the vehicle back in and it was kept for another week before being returned...after several calls/texts to check on its' status. This shows a complete lack of customer focus.

Had a problem with my 2019 Corvette. Talked with Sarah at the dealership and explained what my problem was and ask her to have someone drive it to see what the problem might be. Left it with them and the next day they called and said it was ready to pick up. They had a technician drive it before service and after they worked on it.

I was informed the exhaust connections were a little difficult to get apart and now my O2 right there is bad and tripped 5 different codes.. makes me wonder what they actually did to break it apart. Heard of dealerships finding stuff wrong to cost more, but dang, taking out a sensor is a bit much. But, other than that, the transmission service did its job…

It was one of the most positive experiences I have had at a Chevrolet dealership. We travel across the country, and it is seldom the same dealership that I have oil changes done at. The last time was in Las Vegas, and the oil change took over 3 hours!!!! At Turan-Foley Motors, I was checked in quickly, offered drink and food, shown where the waiting area is, kept up to date on progress, the oil change was a reasonable cost, and on the road within an hour. How I wish every dealership experience was like this.

Truck still under warranty, charged 812.00 for a new battery and a part that was not needed. Went home with my vehicle and it was dead again after sitting for 8 hours at work. Took it to Chevrolet dealer in picayune. They put the so called broken part back on the truck replaced the second battery that was not replaced ant Foley and charged me 0. It was covered under warranty.

I directly contacted Josh initially to inquire about a new truck. Josh introduced me to Kaitlyn as being my sales representative. Josh and Kaitlyn were very helpful and patient with me and my questions Josh and I discussed several trucks and I feel Josh/Kaitlyn had all my concerns and questions in their best interest. When wife and I decided on which truck we wanted, the sale was handled over to Kaitlyn to wrap things up. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable in going over linking our phone, Google, OnStar, explaining all the features and all that. Kaitlyn has also been a great help scheduling a service I needed on my new truck FIRCA vibration and software issue with GPS. She has been an awesome sales rep. Persistence pays off! When a dealer has a car you want and the company, the salesman, and the staff know it, they go the extra mile to try and get that person into the car. I could have easily walked away from the car buying process but one return phone call sucked me back in. ‘No pun intended.” I felt I was in control with no ‘high pressure’ salesmanship laid out on the table. Not that I see another car any time soon in my future, I’d surely return to Turan-Foley.

I’ve had the same issue since purchasing the vehicle and always seemed to get excused until sending my husband up there to complain about the same thing I’ve already complained about multiple times. Sensor for windshield wiper was fixed and is working properly but the leak from the windshield wiper reservoir/line is still leaking after being told it was fixed. Also in my trunk/hatch area of my Tahoe it was completely taken apart and not put back together, with my issues being under the hood this made no sense to me why that would be displaced in any way. I had to put it back together when I got home because I hadn’t realized before leaving dealership, because I didn’t think I needed to inspect my vehicle interior as well as the parts that were supposed to be fixed.

The only reason I rated this experience 5 stars is because of the outstanding effort by Micheal Galloway in understanding and processing the problem with my Equinox GM supplied dual level charging cord. Short story is, during my first visit to Turan-Foley no one seemed to know what to do about the problem and I was told to schedule a service appointment and return with the vehicle and charge cord before a warranty claim could be processed. During the service appointment visit I was told the defective charge cord was not the one shipped with the vehicle from the factory which seemed to be a problem. I had already stated this fact during my first visit as the GM cord was supplied to me by the selling dealer as part of the vehicle purchase. Only Micheal seemed to understand the situation and worked to file a warranty claim on the cord. I appreciated this very much.

I was buying a new car and trading in my current car. Ready to leave to go to the dealer and my trade-in would not start! Had it towed to the dealer's service department for a diagnostic exam, where the problem was quickly found and repaired (under warranty!!).
